Salesforce Technical Architect
Skill Set:	·         Salesforce.com, Force.com development, Java and J2EE.
Job Description	·      Should have good experience (at least 2 years) on Salesforce customization, Force.com Design, Development and deployment. ·      Very good experience on Visual force pages, Apex programming, Triggers, Reports and Dashboards. ·      Very good experience on Web services and Salesforce to Java web service integration. ·      Should have good experience on Java/J2EE (at least 2 years of exp).
Other Requirements	·      Flexible to be on offshore and onsite job assignments. Flexible to Travel anywhere in India or Abroad.
Role	1) The Technical Architect is responsible for working with the functional consultants, customer business and technical teams to create unique customer solutions leveraging the full power of the Force.com platform. 2) This is a customer facing leadership role that will have responsibility for documenting requirements and specifications for custom components and interfaces, designing solutions in accordance to best practices, and leading the combined client/Emerging Solutions technical teams through the build, test and deployment of the solution. 3) The Technical Architect will also be responsible for interacting with the sales team to help correctly scope new development work. 4)Ability to scope sales cloud, service cloud, integration and force.com/application development projects 5) Experience architecting and deploying large-scale web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments that may  include XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, Java,  C++, and ASP 6)Organized and detail oriented & Ability to lead strategic pre-sales meetings. 7) Balance multiple projects and manage project teams time, deliverables and ultimate customer solution
Yrs of exp:	5 - 8 years (Preferably in Java/J2EE Development), out of which 2 years exp in Salesforce
