Subject: Inviting Referrals (Fresher & Lateral - Java)

Dear Team,

We are pleased to announce that at BSC level we plan to add good no. of GRIP freshers and Laterals(Java / J2EE)  to our talent base. Through this mail, am requesting you to refer your friend, acquaintance, relatives, need to be 2011 passout Engineer / MCA for fresher. Please send the resume toavedh.mangle@polaris.co.in . We intend to close this process within 15-20 days time.  

These positions are based at Mumbai (Goregaon & Thane office). Please mention Fresher / Latera l  as the case may be in the subject line.

1. Acceptance criteria for GRIP Freshers is as follows:-

Mandate for GRIP is 75 / 75 / 60, which essentially means BE / BTech / MCA with class X 75% , class XII 75%  and graduation 60% .

GRIP assessment would go through Nalanda administered online Aptitude and Technical test.  On successfully qualifying test,the short-listed candidates will be called for personal interview.

2.Acceptance criteria for laterals having Java / J2EE as base skills would be as follows:-

Education - BE / BTech / MCA with minimum 60% thru out their academics i.e 10th, 12th and graduation.
Skill set -  Java / J2EE
Experience - minimum 2+ years

Note : The laterals would be trained on higher end skills like Spring, Hibernet, Flex , etc and deployed on projects based on their performance.
