Job tasks and responsibilities	1.            Develop high quality software interfacing Oracle 10g databases 2.            Understand the specifications to define system requirements 3.            Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document and deploy changes to the system 4.            Work with Product Development to understand and solve business issues 5.            Participate in deployment planning 6.            Estimating project duration, effort, resource load and cost 7.            Participate in project planning
Professional Skills	B.E/B.Tech or M.C.A. from a reputed university/institute 4-6 Years software programming experience Excellent Object Oriented Perl coding skills Must have CGI programming knowledge Good command on Perl Regular expressions Ability to code in Unix and Windows as well Exposure to good coding standards Familiarity with CPAN Exposure to large databases, online services preferred Excellent SQL skills Good PL/SQL knowledge Good exposure to Unix shell scripting Good to have exposure on Test Automation
Business Skills	Basic knowledge about document Flow Exp/Knowledge of Telecom/Financial domain Experience with Onshore Offshore development model
Personal Skills	Proactive Team oriented Good demonstration skills Manage many different task at the same time Able to communicate and train other people Drive technologies in the team
