| Job tasks and responsibilities | 1. Analyze, design, develop and implement applications in an n-tier environment. 2. Lead and mentor a team of Dot Net Engineers. 3. Prepare specifications and user requirements. 4. Encode, test, debug and document (new and existing) programs and interfaces. 5. Prepare concise and accurate documentation for all enhancements and change requests implemented. |
| Professional Skills | 1. Strong system development background. 2. Knowledge of ASP/VB/C# .NET, Framework 3.5, WCF, WPF, SOAP, XML, Web Services 3. Knowledge of MSSQL Query writing and basic database administration 4. Knowledge of SharePoint, VSS, Team Server. - The ability to learn and actively seek new skills and knowledge to keep up with the changing technology field |
| Business Skills | 1. Assists Team with application or technical problems. 2. Provide regular feedback/status on development and projects to Project Manager. 3. Proactively highlight training requirements and identify suitable courses to enhance effective job performance. 4. Experience with Onshore Offshore development model |
